Meet The Breeds

Today we went with the Kennel Club to Petco for a meet the breeds, where people can meet your dog and find out about the breed. Sadie was a little shy at first but then warmed right up and even wanted to play with the big dogs!

Puppy Kindergarten

Sadie is doing so well in her puppy classes. Her focus on us during training is incredible. She is so smart and learns things so quickly. 

Busy, Busy Week

This was a very busy week for us. We finally named her.... Sadie! Sadie had her first visit to the vet on Tuesday April 17, 2012. She weighs 6 and 1/2 pounds. We also started Puppy Kindergarten at Paws n Effect. On Wednesday we attended our first meeting for the Elm City Kennel Club. Once we attend two meeting, we can be voted in.

Happy Easter 2012

Happy Easter...the first of many holidays we will have with our new puppy. She had a great day with all her new toys and playing with her sisters.

 We went to pick up our new little girl today. When the breeder brought into the room, I instantly smiled....she was beautiful! And then yaya, I finally got to hold her. After that our breeder showed us how to give our pup her shots and we got a lesson on the correct way to groom a Cocker Spaniel into that all important cocker cut. We went over getting the right grooming tools and did all the paperwork. 

She's adorable! Can't decide on her name though....names in the running.... Hailey, Sadie, Emma, Ella, Layla
